I have some experiences in the fields of poultry nutrition and poultry farm management. My research interests are in the areas of poultry feed additives including antibiotics, probiotics, and different kinds of botanicals. Recently I have focused on in ovo modifications of embryonic development and metabolism by in ovo feeding and in ovo administration of metabolic modifiers. I, along with my co-worker Mr. Amir Roufchaee, have developed a new method for in ovo injection and delivery of nutrients or other substances into the amniotic fluid surrounding the developing chick embryo.
